We have resolved the issue with the daily quest “Doom Loop”, which previously allowed unintended repeated completions beyond the daily limit.
To maintain fairness in the game, we have deducted 5,000 Andermants per extra completion from players who exploited this issue. This amount reflects the developer-assessed value of the rewards obtained through the exploit. Additionally, players who severely abused the quest bug have received a 14-day account ban, while further sanctions will be applied based on the degree of exploitation.
However, we discovered that the initial penalty system calculated quest completions across all characters under the same account, instead of per character. As a result, some players who legitimately played multiple characters were mistakenly penalized. Several of these players have already contacted Customer Support to clarify their situation.
To avoid unjust punishment to innocent players, we will manually review the data and refund the Andermants to those who were wrongly affected. This refund process requires a server downtime, and we ask for your patience. The reimbursement will be completed during the next server update.
